Sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties. There are a few reasons this may be and a few things you can try.
1. You attempted a purchase but didn't complete the payment and our system has blocked you from trying again to avoid multiple purchase.
If this is the case, just drop us a message and we'll reset it for you.
2. You are using a Discovery card. Unfortunately our payment system does not support Discovery cards.
In this case, you can either check out using Paypal, you don't need an account!
Or you can try with a different payment card.
3. Your bank has blocked the transaction.
Please contact your bank directly.
